Airgun source QC, live from SEG‑D

Decodes shots as they land: firing time, pressure, depth, far field and ghost-notch depth, and an End of Line report at the end of every line.

End of Line report heat map: one gun's timing drifts toward its limit and breaks it, the only cells drawn red.
End of Line report · red only where a gun broke its limit

What's new

Version 2.26.3

  • The free licence is three months long, not one, and is renewed on this page in its last week. It needs this version: an earlier one refuses a licence longer than a month.
  • Automatic mode (SEG-D folder panel). A line is stopped after a quiet time, its End of Line report is made with no questions asked, and the next line folder is started by itself - its direction read from the shot points in its first files. Comments can be added to a report afterwards, also while the next line is being recorded.
  • Watch your neighbours (Display → 👁 Neighbours). When a hydrophone stays at or below the colour-scale minimum, the hydrophones next to it are checked. If they changed too, the area is outlined on the similarity heat map, AIRLEAK sounds in Morse and the area steams until it is answered: Noticed or Ignore.
  • Three layouts for the main window (Setup → Layout): Classic, Rail and Focus, and a command palette on Ctrl K with every tool by name.
  • The live graphs have a heat-map view - one row per gun, one column per shot point, red only where a reading is outside its limits.
  • A line can be marked not to be processed (NTBP) with a reason, in the End of Line report's comments box; the report's cover says so.
  • A welcome screen at start-up: continue the last project with Enter, or pick a recent one.
